This course is for ‘almost beginners’ or those with a minimal knowledge of the language who have already attended an Introduction to Spanish course. You can join this course at the beginning of any term as a variety of topics will be covered at a basic level throughout the year. 

In this course you will gain a basic understanding of the Tarot cards and their meaning. You will explore the 22 Major Arcana cards and their symbolism. We will practice readings and develop intuition.

Intermediate (Jan) and Advanced (April): This course is for anyone who has a basic understanding of the Tarot. We will practise many different Tarot spreads and examine more in depth the symbolism and meaning of the cards. The Minor Arcana with its four elements is introduced and we will explore many different areas in our lives through Tarot.

Learn how to operate the basic digital camera, how to take creative photographs and create visual impact, how to save your images both in and out of the classroom. It is aimed at the beginner, however students with some photographic experience are welcome. Students should have very basic computer skills (able to use a mouse and keyboard).

This is a continuation course, however new students with basic photographic experience are welcome. Students should be familiar with how to use their camera on the auto setting.  We will learn to use basic photo editing software and techniques enabling you to share your work through e-mail and the internet. Students should have  basic computer skills (able to use a mouse,  keyboard and navigate the desktop).

This is a continuation course, however new students with extensive photographic experience are welcome.  Students will learn all aspects of their camera off the auto setting and more advanced photo editing techniques. Students should have competent computer skills (be familiar with picassa or similar).

You will gain a basic understanding of Astrology and have an opportunity to work with your own Birthchart exploring areas such as relationships, family matters, career and more. We will explore the meaning and symbolism of the planets, signs, elements and the twelve houses – our area of experience. Participants will be given their own Birthcharts.

Intermediate (Jan) and Advanced (April): In these courses you will deepen your understanding of Astrology and learn how to integrate the meaning of the planets Astrologically, symbolically and mythologically.
Topics include: Aspect patterns, transits and planetary cycles, synastry and more.  Equal emphasis is placed on practical application and theoretical understanding.
