This course will give you practical ideas for quick, easy family meals that are fun to make and delicious to eat. We will have the opportunity of sharing our food after we’ve cooked it, with or without the children or some weeks taking food for the family to try at home. £1 towards ingredients. Crèche available.

Flamenco

Yoga for Beginners

Yoga combines movement with stretching, breathing and relaxation.  It releases tension and improves physical and mental well-being.  This class is suitable for complete beginners. Crèche available.

Salsacise

Salsacise is a fun and rhythmic style of low impact aerobic exercise.  A combination of easy to follow salsa, mambo and cha-cha dance moves.  Exercise to the spicy, hip-swaying beat of Latin music.

Golden Tai Chi

These classes are designed for people who cannot stand for long periods and find regular classes too taxing. They incorporate relaxed body movements and gentle, but deep breathing exercises, to raise the quality of life for people of all ages and abilities. People with arthritis, bad circulation, high blood pressure, poor balance or breathing problems would all benefit but you don't have to have any health problems to attend these classes.
