Each course description is accompanied with a link to download the appropriate enrollment form. These are PDF files which can be printed out and filled in at home. Simply click the link and wait for the form to appear in your PDF browser, then ensure your printer is set up correctly, and select the print option.
You may alternatively be prompted to save the file to your computer, in which case save it, then open the file from your computer and print as described above.
Because of the intimate nature of our centre and the personal service we offer, we ask that you attend an enrollment day with your completed enrollment form, and any relevant documentation, to secure a place on your chosen course. This will also give you an opportunity to meet the team and familiarise yourself with the centre and it's location.
You may also post your completed enrollment form, along with any copies of relevant documentation. The address is included on the form. |
